Pipe rehabilitation method "SW Liner Method"

With a powerful pipe-making machine and sturdy materials, long-distance pipe production is possible!

The "SW Liner Method" is a pipe rehabilitation method that involves spirally winding rigid PVC strips inside an existing pipe and filling the gap between the existing pipe and the new liner with filling material. This method allows for the repair of aging sewer pipes buried underground without the need to excavate the surrounding roads. In cases of worsening weather or sudden heavy rainfall upstream that causes flooding, the strips can be cut to safely pause the construction. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed even under service conditions ■ Continuous structure without joints ■ Can be constructed without supports as a countermeasure against buoyancy during filling ■ Pipe manufacturing using a powerful push-type method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
